SSIL is newly registered as an LLP, but our founding team carries over 15 years of hands-on field experience in civil construction delivery across roads, commercial, and industrial projects. We are not starting from zero — we are starting with a proven track record, now channelled into an independent company with full accountability and direct client ownership.
Our team has direct execution experience in roads & site development, commercial buildings, industrial structures, residential projects, and utility infrastructure. As an independent company, we focus on Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka — with the intent to scale nationally.
Our PMC offering includes structured site monitoring, digital progress reporting, schedule & cost tracking via project management software, cloud-based document management, and regular client-facing dashboards. We combine real-world site judgment with modern project management tools.
We currently operate logistics across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka — covering material procurement, site delivery, and intra-state material movement. We work with verified transport and freight partners for inter-state requirements.
